Quick update

The appraisal is done and the price from the appraisal is satisfactory. The homeowners insurance requirement for the bank is done also. The sellers may not be able to move out in time to close on the 20th, so we may have to close on the 21st. I have worked my last day at Chattanooga State. We pack the truck tomorrow. More as events unfold.
